The budded cross, also known as the Apostles' Cross, appears in Christian art, architecture, liturgical vestments, devotional jewelry, and carved stonework across every century of the faith's history.
The three-lobed trefoil at the end of each arm is symbolic of the Holy Trinity and the three theological virtues; Faith, Hope, and Charity. And, all twelve lobes represent the Twelve Apostles that Christ sent into the world to carry the faith.
These crosses are made by hand from linden wood, and stained in three different colours.
Each cross is made with a keyhole slot on the back for hanging it on the wall.
