All my scabbards are made with a wood core, usually lined on the inside, and wrapped in an outer layer of 2oz. veg-tan leather which can be dyed to a colour of your choice, and embossed/painted with different designs.
I can also include a belt/harness of various designs.
The only limitation is that I cannot do much metalwork, so the scabbard chape & belt hardware is limited to what I can buy.

If you wish to have a custom scabbard made, please send me a message, including the manufacturer and model of your sword, and we can work out the design, price, timeframe, and shipping from there. Once the scabbard is completed, I will create a custom listing for you to purchase.
Price is determined by how detailed you want the scabbard. Naturally, the more time and material it takes to make the scabbard, the more expensive it will be.
It usually takes me about one week to build a scabbard.
Ideally, I'd like the actual sword in my shop to make the scabbard to fit properly.
This may require you to ship your sword to my shop. However, if the sword you want a scabbard for is the same model as one already in my collection, shipping it here will not be necessary. As my shop is located in Canada, shipping from and to other countries may incur customs fees. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
